Christopher Bourke : Witnessing Waves of Energy Through Movement
Today on the show I’m sharing my conversation with Christopher Bourke. Chris is a counsellor and movement educator with 10 years of experience working in the field of community mental health. I’m super excited to share this conversation with you as Chris and I are quite close friends, and our on mic chemistry is pretty pretty magic. Chris is a very thoughtful and genuine person, who honestly has been a rock for me since we met in 2018.
In the episode today, we talk about our evolution as movement teachers, what trauma informed moving offerings can look like for facilitators and folks taking classes, dealing with overwhelm through a physical practice, and so much more.
