I am a movement student, facilitator, and educator. I am also an advocate and a community organizer who believes in the power of finding joy in moving our physical bodies. Working under an anti-oppressive frame-work, I am working to shift the wellness world, and the thought that your body is always something to be “fixed” instead of something to be celebrated.
What if we started using movement as a means to feel more at home in our bodies, instead of changing them? I offer workshops that explore how we can work on freeing ourselves from a diet culture mindset and shift into a world of body liberation.
